This site belongs to Stéphanie Deflandre. This page explains what happens to the information you send us.
What we collect
If you use the contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We do not request attachments or newsletter sign-ups.
Why
To respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation about an appointment or a production. Please do not send medical information, identity documents or confidential production information in a first message.
Where your messages go
They are emailed to Stéphanie Deflandre. The site is hosted by HostGator (data centre in Texas, United States), so your information may be processed outside Québec. Images and some site files are delivered by WordPress.com (Automattic) servers to speed up display; your IP address is then visible to that service.
Retention
An enquiry that does not lead to a booking or engagement is kept for at most 12 months after the last meaningful exchange, and deleted sooner if no longer needed. A review is done every month. Backup copies are purged on their own cycle.
Visit statistics
